Listen to Sophia's transformational journey

Sophia joined EFW in the throes of heartbreak. She says, “Before the program I had been involved in three very similar, I wouldn’t even call them relationships, failed love interests, where there was a lot of bread crumbing, and rejection and inconsistency, and it was very interesting to me that is was three men in a row, the last three love interests that I had were similar behaviors, and I knew it had to mean something.”

To now in her dream relationship with a man who adores her and cherishes her heart...

Listen to Kat's  transformational journey

Kat also joined EFW in the throes of heartbreak.

“I was very much in my masculine in the relationship in every way that you can imagine, providing for him, directing us, making decisions about things, providing purpose and direction for our shared life, and I was feeling really exhausted by that dynamic and wanting something different. So when I came to you I was processing heartbreak, and recall needing to heal and get some help to not choose a similar type of relationship pattern again.”

"When we first started working together I realized I had both mother and father wounds to heal because I had a pattern of dating men who were kind of like a Peter Pan, more boyish and childish, maybe soft and kind of feminine-like, kind of needing me to be their mom, and also oscillating with dating men who were kind of more in a distant masculine identity, someone who was more masculine but completely emotionally unavailable, very volatile emotionally and distant from me. [...] And what I what needed to heal was those childhood wounds and experiences that led me to believe it wasn't safe to be taken care of by others, that that I was alone, that I needed to be hyper-independent..."

To Present day: “To have this super high caliber, masculine, successful, man come into my life where we have such a beautiful connection just makes me feel really good. I’m like, Oh my God, they do exist!”

Listen to Aga's  transformational journey

Aga says, "I was this proud business woman, very independent, can do it all, can do it myself, boss babe, totally felt like I am rocking the vibe, I've got it all, and men will love it too, right? I took great pride in inviting men out on a date, or buying them a drink, obviously split the bill. It just felt uncomfortable in my body to be provided for and be paid for on a date. And these are the men I was attracting, they were kind of passive, as a result of that, they wanted me to take the next step, to initiate, they wouldn't even consider offering to pay, it was more like, we are just going to split, or my turn your turn. [...] The men would quickly lose interest, it wasn't good for me either. It was confusing, off. I wondered what am I doing wrong? Is it me? my body? It created so much doubt in me when I was dating from my masculine. They weren't ambitious. If they were they were probably more emotionally unavailable.

To after coaching and in her dream relationship, she says, “Honestly, this relationship I have now, I can’t compare it to any of the boys I dated before. I feel safe. I feel provided for. He plans the dates, books the hotels, fully provides for me, and holds space for my emotions. I feel like I’m finally dating a man… and I can fully be in in my feminine.”

Listen to Evie's  transformational journey from painful situation-ship (despite over a year of therapy) to claimed & adored

Evie says, "The initial trigger point for me [for working with Vanessa inside EFW] was I was seeing a man for about a year and a half, and it ended up being a type of situation-ship, I never met his family, so basically I was attracting non-committal types, I was giving my energy to [men] who were just looking for sex and companionship but not wanting to be in any type of relationship and they weren't ready. I would say that's were I started. After that devastation of that year and half long situation-ship these are the types of men I was attracting [before joining EFW]."

"I felt like I was kinda driving the whole thing, I was the pursuer, I was the person who came out and said, 'let's be exclusive together' taking the reigns, planning vacations, just over-working to create time together."

Vanessa asks, "How long had you been in therapy before joining the program?"

Evie says, "I would say I have been in such patterns for as long as I can remember. I was always crushing on guys I wasn't in relationship with or they didn't want a relationship with me. Eventually after being broken up with, it's been about a year and half I started going to therapy. I thought I was healed, but I was still attracting the same types of guys in dating, the Peter Pan types. Eventually I finally, after starting the program I finally met a really great guy."
